Dr. Sirohi has undergone extensive training in the co-management of laser refractive surgery. The first step in refractive surgery would be to be seen by Dr. Sirohi for a preliminary examination that would determine if you are a good candidate.

The LASIK procedure is proven to be effective in helping people see clearly again. We co-manage our patients with personally selected top laser eye surgeons, providing the pre-operative and post-operative examinations here at our office.

During your consultation and follow up appointment

During your appointment, we will conduct a thorough assessment to determine if you are a candidate based on your ocular health as well as the thickness of your cornea, your prescription, and how stable your vision is. If we determine that you are a suitable candidate, we will go over the limitations of refractive eye surgery and what you can expect. We will also refer you to a laser vision centre that meets our high standards for quality of care.

We will schedule you for follow up appointments with us for after your surgery so we can assess your vision and monitor the healing process, reducing the likelihood of complications. These appointments will take place one day, one week, one month, three months, six months, and one year after your surgery. We recommend yearly comprehensive eye examinations thereafter.
